Turkey extends period of requirement for people to take COVID-19 test upon arrival

Within the framework of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, Turkey has extended the period of the requirement to take a COVID‑19 PCR test (negative within 72 hours) from people upon arrival via land, sea, and air, APA reports citing the Turkish Embassy to Azerbaijan, APA reports.

The period has been extended to April 15, 2021.

It was noted that the quarantine conditions for those who fail to submit a negative test also remain in force.
