"Khojaly tragedy is one of the greatest tragedies witnessed by the world in the 20th century. Despite 28 years have passed from the day has gone in history under the name of the black night, the continuing non-condemnation of perpetrators of this tragedy in front of the court of justice is a very big unfairness," Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Erkan Ozoral said, APA reports.

The ambassador noted that this wound on people’s conscience is still open as it always has been up to now and will not recover unless the perpetrators of this tragedy receive their punishment.
