"We will continue to support our dear brothers in the perseverance of those who cannot endure our eternal brotherhood with Azerbaijan," said Turkish President Recep Tayyib Erdogan, APA reports.

The Turkish President called on some countries in the region, concerned about Azerbaijan's courageous victory, to share this joy with the people, who are rejoicing in the end of 30 years of oppression.

Erdogan said that as Turkey expands its cooperation with friendly countries, it is sometimes subjected to unfair attacks. "We are not a country that wants tensions with its neighbors or with any state. Together with our country, we are for the welfare of our entire region and the world. But this situation should not mean a violation of our rights and sovereignty as a country and a nation. Just as we did not touch anyone's rights, we did not and will not allow anyone to touch our rights. In this context, we have a wide range of activities from Libya to the Eastern Mediterranean, from Syria to the Caucasus. This work continues not only in our own interests, but also with our friends who expect support from us. Where there is injustice, lawlessness, we are trying to establish justice. Just as a century ago it was a source of inspiration for those whose rights were violated in our war of liberation, so it continues. Our moon-and-star red flag is flying around the world from Gaza to Arakan, from the Balkans to Karabakh. The events in Nagorno-Karabakh have shown how important this resolute resistance of our country is.”
