Turkish President express gratitude to Azerbaijani President for Extraordinary Summit of Turkic Council

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has expressed his gratitude to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
Turkish President said the Extraordinary Summit of the Turkic Council is being held on the initiative of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev: “I express my gratitude to my dear brother, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for his initiative.”
