Azerbaijani FM: "Work on preparing peoples for peace underway"

“The recent statements voiced by the Armenian side do not contribute to the establishment of peace", - Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said at a press conference in Baku following a meeting with the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Slovak Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajcak.

“At the talks that took place on January 15, we decided to prepare the peoples for peace. The Azerbaijani side makes every effort for this, is working in this direction. But the statements of the Armenian side do not correspond to this. We need to know whether people should be prepared for peace or work in another direction.”
