Opening Ceremony of XVIII Baku Summit of heads of members states and governments of the Non-Aligned Movement is held, APA reports.
 
The Opening Ceremony is attended by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. 

Heads of more than 60 states and governments, representatives of international organizations, and representatives of countries and organizations, invited as a special guest take part in the XVIII Summit, held on “Upholding the Bandung principles to ensure a coherent and adequate response to the challenges of the modern world”.
