According to the community leader, alongside with the issues noted above Annex II, named "Time schedule of measures on regulation of the situation in the occupied territories" which was a part of the 1994-1995 ceasefire negotiations, dated November 5, 1995, should be specially mentioned. This document specifically envisages the actions regarding the withdrawal of the troops from the Aghdere, Aghdam, Khojavand, Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Zangilan, Gubadli, Kalbajar and Lachin regions of Azerbaijan and mines removal operations in accordance with the relevant timetable: "The Armenian community of the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan continues to be under the oppression of the occupation regime, which is the continuation of the Sargisian-Kocharian junta regime. The only way to establish a permanent and fair peace in the region is possible through the withdrawal of the occupying Armenian troops from the Azerbaijani territories and the return of the displaced Azerbaijani population back to their own native lands. Members of the Azerbaijani community of the Nagorno-Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan believe that the Azerbaijani and Armenian communities of Nagorno-Karabakh are able to co-exist and live together again peacefully within the internationally recognized borders, sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country and are ready for dialogue for that reason.
