“If we are talking about preparing people for peace first of all Armenian people should be made ready for peace. Because it should be understood that good neighborhood is better than to live in blockade and with problems”, said Elmar Mammadyarov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, answering the question of Armenian journalist in Brussels, ONA reports.
“Armenian borders are closed with two neighbors. Think and ask the question to yourself. We should not ask this question to you. Armenian people should ask this question. And then? How will it be further?”, Minister added.
