“Keshikchidagh issue should be solved within the national interests of Azerbaijan and Georgia,” Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia said speaking about the results of his visit to Azerbaijan, APA’s Georgian bureau reports.
The prime minister stated that Keshikchidagh issue had been discussed during his meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
“As you know, we have repeatedly said that this issue should be solved within the national interests of two countries, historical heritage, and church interests. It is the most important component of our point of view. I would also like to recall that we are very responsible and careful while taking any step. Everyone should understand that love to motherland and patriotism does not mean unreasoning steps,” Giorgi Gakharia noted.
