High Representative of the EU: Azerbaijan is a very important partner for us and we fully support its territorial integrity

We had a very open very constructive discussion as always, the Higher Representative of the EU, Federica Mogherini said at the press conference following a plenary session of the 16th meeting of the EU-Azerbaijan Cooperation Council, ONA reports.

According to her, Azerbaijan is a very important partner for the EU whose independence sovereignty and territorial integrity the EU fully supports.

"We are currently in the face of very important negotiations because we are in the final crucial phase of negotiation our new ambitious bilateral agreement what will increase and deepen relations between Azerbaijan and the EU. The sides share an ambition to finish negotiations rapidly and teams of both sides work on it", said the Higher Representative of the EU.
