Azerbaijani deputy FM visits Armenia

The 38th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) kicked off in Yerevan, Armenia on June 27.

At the meeting, the BSEC Chairmanship has been transferred from Armenia to Azerbaijan on a rotating basis, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tigran Balayan, APA reports.

"At the 38th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation held in Yerevan today, Azerbaijan assumed the BSEC chairmanship from Armenia for July-December 2018,” he said.

Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammad-Guliyev represented the country at the meeting.
