Turkey is one of worldâ€™s powers: Azerbaijani president

The unity, friendship and brotherhood between Azerbaijan and Turkey is strong and has a great future, said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

Azerbaijan welcomes the positive developments in Turkey, President Aliyev told a joint press conference with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara on April 25, APA reports.

“Turkey's economic, political and social development pleases us. Turkey is one of the world’s powers. This power is growing. Friends rejoice while enemies are dissatisfied. I am confident that Turkey will continue to go only along the path of victory and success,” the Azerbaijani president added.
