Voting in Azerbaijani presidential election well-organized – PACE
The voting in Azerbaijan’s presidential election is organized very well, Stefan Schennach, co-rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) for monitoring Azerbaijan, said on Wednesday.
Schennach, who is monitoring the presidential election in Azerbaijan, noted that the voter turnout is high.
Jeyhan Ibrahimov (Bulgaria), a member of the PACE election observation mission, stressed that the voting process in Azerbaijan is carried out in accordance with democratic principles.
"Everything is going well. I believe that the voting process will continue like this until the end,” he said.
Ibrahimov noted that the observation mission will be monitoring the voting process in Baku and several districts of the country.
