The food-loaded convoy sent from Baku by the Azerbaijan Golden Crescent Society (AzQAC) to meet the needs of Armenian residents living in Karabakh has been stranded on the Agdam-Askeran-Khankendi road for 20 days now, APA's Karabakh bureau reports.
The trucks carrying 40 tons of flour have been waiting on the Agdam-Askeran-Khankendi road, in front of the Russian peacekeepers' checkpoint, since August 29.
The employees and volunteers of AzQAC are staying overnight in the tents set up in the area. They stated that they will remain here until the food supplies are delivered to the Armenian residents in Khankendi.
Note that currently, AzQAC's employees and volunteers are awaiting a response for the delivery of food supplies to the Armenian-origin individuals.
