"The state of Azerbaijan has declared at the highest level that ethnic Armenians in Karabakh have the right to live in Azerbaijan, and the state of Azerbaijan is ready to ensure their rights," Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov said today at a press conference dedicated to the results of 2022, APA reports.

Mr. Bayramov said that the construction of an alternative road to the Lachin corridor was a positive experience: "This road passed through areas inhabited by Armenians. During the construction of the road, the requests of local Armenians were taken into account. During the construction of this road, there was normal communication between construction workers and Armenians. Or, there were discussions about the Sarsang reservoir, how much water to take for irrigating the land, and how to ensure the production of electricity. However, a person with a tainted past is sent to the region, but Azerbaijan is ready to prevent such provocations."
