“Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are establishing expert group,” said Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Board of the International Relations Analysis Center at the conference on the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, APA reports.
According to him, the relations between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are expanding.
“New opportunities have appeared by an emerging middle corridor, negotiations are underway on customs field and preliminary agreement has been reached,” he noted.
Kazakh ambassador to Azerbaijan noted in his speech that there are historical relations between the two countries, moral, cultural closeness, and similar roots further strengthen these relations.
The ambassador stated that the two countries are celebrating the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations this year, there is a strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, and the two countries support each other on international platforms.
According to the ambassador, there are also close relations between the heads of the states of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan and this contributes to the relations between the two countries.
The ambassador emphasized that Azerbaijanis in Kazakhstan contribute to the economic, and cultural development of the country, and successfully represent the country in various fields.
“By liberation of Karabakh, the historical justice was restored. Azerbaijan restored its territorial integrity. The post-conflict period has already started, reconstruction works are underway, and new infrastructure projects are being implemented. For instance, I want to mention Fuzuli international airport. There is already a new reality in the region.”
