"Armenia does not give up dreams of revanchism and new war," head of Azerbaijan's delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Samad Seyidov said during the debate on "The activities of democratic institutions in Armenia" at the winter session of the organization, APA's Europe bureau reports.
"Giving a realistic assessment of the events in Armenia is a key condition for Armenia's sustainable development. We will not be able to help Armenia without the chaos in Armenian society and the feeling of revenge in the defeated politicians," he said.
Samad Seyidov said that the current economic and political crisis in Armenia is manifesting itself: "Because of this chaos, the president also had to resign. If this happens, it will happen to the Pashinyan government, which happened to Sargsyan."
Mr. Seyidov said that the conflict is over and Azerbaijan is only looking for peace.
