The head of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Samad Seyidov addressed the Assembly during the spring session, APA's Britain bureau reports.
Samad Seyidov said that Azerbaijan has done and will continue to do everything possible to ensure peace in the region. The Armenian deputies in the Assembly do not give up revanchist ideas and talk about war instead of reconciliation, S.Seyidov said. It is time to take measures to build peace and trust between the two countries, he said.
In his speech, he urged Armenian MPs to return to the values of the Council of Europe.
