Assistant to Azerbaijani president noted that what is happening around Ukraine is a matter of concern: "Azerbaijan's position is that guiding with the norms and principles of the international law, resolution of this issue through political and diplomatic ways and on the dialogue basis is very important. Achieving a ceasefire on this basis is one of the important and main steps. Azerbaijan is always guided by norms and principles of international law in international relations. I would like especially to mention sovereignty and territorial integrity issues of the states".
