Just 3 days of the disarmament process in Garabagh revealed that Garabagh region of Azerbaijan turned into the most militarized zone in the world and powder keg of our region, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan-Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev wrote on his X account, APA reports.
According to him, it was not expected that it was militarized to this extent based on the ratio of population and size of area.
"Disarmament and Demobilization are key components of Reintegration!" he noted.
