Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan met with the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia in the United States

Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmet Hajiyev met with the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, in the United States, US national security advisor Jake Sullivan said, APA reports.

"Today I invited Hikmat Hajiyev and Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan for direct and constructive talks. We discussed the importance of preventing violence and conducting timely and focused negotiations. We have also identified concrete steps forward in support of stable and sustainable peace," said Jake Sullivan.
