"Located at the intersection of cultures and civilizations, Azerbaijan has continuously supported and promoted regional platforms based on a common vision and mutual respect," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with the foreign ministers of Türkiye and Uzbekistan in Tashkent.
Mr. Bayramov emphasized that Baku hosted the first tripartite meeting of foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Kazakhstan.
The minister added that the emergence of such formats as an effective model of regional cooperation is encouraging: "Trilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Türkiye is based on common history and common culture. This makes the strong tripartite bonds and strategic relations between the countries stable."
