"Azerbaijan sent a letter to the International Court of Justice," said Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov, APA reports.

According to him, in connection with the information proving that Armenia has not complied with the temporary measures determined by the decision of the International Court of Justice dated December 7, 2021, the Azerbaijani side submitted a letter to the International Court of Justice today.

"This includes Armenia's efforts to prevent Azerbaijani IDPs from returning to their homes. The evidences show that after the Trilateral Statement dated November 10, 2020, Armenia planted1,300 mines in the liberated territories from the occupation, for example in Lachin. This prevents the safe return of IDPs," said the minister.
