Azerbaijani Ambassador to Cuba presented the copy of the credentials to the deputy head of the MFA

On January 5, 2023, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Cuba, Ruslan Rzayev, presented a copy of the credentials to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of this country, Elio Eduardo Rodríguez Perdomo, APA reports citing the Azerbaijani Embassy in Cuba.

During the meeting, the deputy minister noted that the Cuban government highly appreciated the decision of Azerbaijan to establish an embassy in this country and appointed the new ambassador congratulated him on the occasion and wished him success in his future activities.

The meeting also discussed the continuation of positive cooperation between Azerbaijan and Cuba in both bilateral and multilateral formats, especially within the framework of the Non-Aligned Movement, as well as the prospects for the development of relations in economic, medical, educational, tourism and other fields.
