“If names are mentioned in connection with Azerbaijan's contacts with ethnic Armenians in Karabakh, the pressure against them may increase. There were such contacts, it’s not a secret,” said Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov at the press conference dedicated to the results of 2022, APA reports.
The Minister said that the Azerbaijani party will never have contacts with Ruben Vardanyam.
“There will be contacts with the local population in the future, too and we consider it normal,” Jeyhun Bayramov said.
