"Azerbaijan highly evaluates Russia's role in the normalization process with Armenia," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at the joint press conference on the finals of the meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
The minister expressed the importance of fully implementing the trilateral statements signed by the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia, and Armenia and added that Armenia still does not fully implement the trilateral statements.
The minister noted that the illegal Armenian military groups have not been removed from the territories of Azerbaijan.
