"Azerbaijan's anti-terrorism measures achieved their intended goals," the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Jeyhun Bayramov, stated during the General Debate of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York on the topic of "Rebuilding trust and reigniting global solidarity: Accelerating action on the 2030 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals towards peace, prosperity, progress and sustainability for all," APA reports.
"Azerbaijan's anti-terrorism measures have successfully achieved their intended objectives. Armenia and its supporting illegal regime were left with no choice but to agree to a ceasefire, dismantle all illegitimate structures, and withdraw forces from Azerbaijan.
The reason for this not happening through peaceful means was Armenia's insincerity and the inadequate steps taken by the involved intermediaries," emphasized the diplomat.
