"All parties must agree to establish Commission in order to start works in the direction of the determination of the borders with Armenia," said Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at the press conference on finals of 2021, APA reports.
The Minister has mentioned that the Azerbaijani side has agreed to the establishment of this Commission: "We think that the opposite side understands the importance of this issue, international borders between countries must be determined. We believe that there will be a positive message from the opposite side soon. That is why we think that this Commission will be formed in the coming months".
