Azerbaijani FM held phone conversation with Turkish counterpart

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu held a phone talk, Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA.

The ministers exchanged views on the latest situation in the region. It was emphasized that the works carried out by Azerbaijan in the post-conflict period, including extensive restoration and construction works, serve the peaceful development of the region.

The sides discussed topical issues of the bilateral cooperation agenda, as a ministerial meeting planned to be held in Istanbul in preparation for the Summit of the Organization of Turkic States.
