Azerbaijani MFA: Before committing provocations, Armenia usually carries out disinformation campaign

The experience both in the period of the occupation and the post-war period of 2020, showed that before committing military provocations, the Armenian side carries out such mass disinformation campaigns to place the responsibility on the Azerbaijani side, press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Aykhan Hajizadeh, said this in response to a question about groundless claims made against Azerbaijan by the President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan, APA reports.

According to him, in order to achieve peace in the region, Armenian leadership should refrain from aggressive rhetoric, and put an end to aggressive activities such as an attack on the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and interfering in its internal affairs.
