Azerbaijani MFA: Meddling in the functioning of the Lachin road is an indication that Armenia has not yet forgotten the policy of occupation

Expressions uttered by the Armenian Foreign Minister during an interview such as “the authorities of Nagorno-Karabakh” demonstrates that this country has not yet given up its territorial claims against Azerbaijan, contrary to the norms and principles of international law, as well as the Prague and Sochi agreements, Aykhan Hajizada, the head of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said in response to the media's question about the views expressed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan during his interview with the "Armenpress" news agency, APA reports.

Aykhan Hajizada said that at the same time, meddling in the functioning of the Lachin road, a sovereign territory of Azerbaijan, is an indication that Armenia has not yet forgotten the policy of occupation carried out for 30 years. However, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has several times stated that Karabakh is recognized by the whole world as the territory of Azerbaijan.
