Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Aykhan Hajizada, has responded to the statements of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, APA reports.
He stated that Nikol Pashinyan distorted the provocation of Armenian armed groups in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeepers are temporarily stationed.
"Mr. PM Nikol Pashinyan, terrorism is continuation of notorious policy and action of military aggression against Azerbaijan (whose sovereignty and territorial integrity you did recognize), by transferring military personnel, weaponry, landmines, and killing civilians. Azerbaijan’s legitimate measures to prevent such illegal actions by Armenia are called establishment of rule and order in sovereign territories of Azerbaijan," said the Spokesperson of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
