"Abolishment of the Azerbaijan-Iran working group on inter-parliamentary relations was proposed," said MP Elman Nasirov at the first meeting of Milli Majlis held within the framework of the spring session, APA reports.
The MP noted that the attack on the Azerbaijani embassy in Tehran is an international terrorist act: "The state and people of Azerbaijan were chosen as the target. In response to this terror, Azerbaijan's ambassador to Iran was recalled. Let's take an analogical step in the Milli Majlis and abolish the working group on Azerbaijan-Iran inter-parliamentary relations".
