"Azerbaijan has put forward a peace agenda and is taking relevant steps to establish peace in the region and normalize relations with Armenia,' said Khalaf Khalafov, Deputy Minister Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

The deputy minister regretted that recently Armenian side had repeatedly violated the ceasefire to stop the progress of the peace agenda and to prevent the implementation of trilateral agreements. As a result, on September 12, Armenia committed an armed provocation on the border of the two countries, which caused serious consequences.
