Azerbaijan's FM holds a phone conversation with Kyrgyzstan's Minister of Foreign Affairs

On January 27, 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jeenbek Kulubaev, made a phone call to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, in connection with the terrorist attack on the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Islamic Republic of Iran and expressed his condolences for the loss of life as a result of this treacherous terrorist act, APA reports citing the Azerbaijani MFA.

Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev, strongly condemning such treacherous attacks against diplomatic service bodies and their employees in violation of international legal norms, expressed the solidarity of the Kyrgyz Republic with Azerbaijan and said that these acts of terrorism against Embassy employees are unacceptable.

Thanking his colleague for his condolences and solidarity, Minister Jeyhun Bayramov emphasized that we will take all necessary measures to ensure that the perpetrators of this bloody act, which caused the loss of life of an employee of our Embassy, are identified and receive a decent punishment.
