Victory Day of Azerbaijan was solemnly celebrated in Los Angeles, the Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Los Angeles told APA.

According to information, the event held by the Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Los Angeles was attended by US political figures, officials of the Los Angeles, consuls general of various foreign countries, well-known figures of science and culture, journalists, members of the Azerbaijani community, as well as leaders of friendly Turkish, Jewish, Pakistani and other communities.

Consul General of Azerbaijan Ramiz Dashdamirov, speaking at the event, informed the guests about the history of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, the history of Karabakh and the conflict, and the occupation of our lands.
