"Baku will host a meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in May," said Azerbaijani Ambassador to Iran Ali Alizadeh, APA's Tehran bureau reports.
Ambassador has stressed that Speaker of Iranian Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has been invited to Azerbaijan.
"Speakers of Parliament of member states of the organization have been invited to the meeting. Speaker of the Iranian Parliament has also been invited to Azerbaijan. We expect that delegation of the Iranian Parliament will also be represented at the meeting at a high level," added Ambassador.
