Against the background of the events in Garabagh, the U.S. stands for the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and independence of everyone, said U.S. State Secretary Antony Blinken while responding to the question of whether the U.S. recognizes the right of Azerbaijan to restore territorial integrity in Garabagh, APA reported citing press service of the state department.
"When it comes to sovereignty, territorial integrity, independence, we stand for those propositions for everyone concerned," said Blinken.
Blinken stressed that the U.S. has been in close contact with all interested parties, including discussions with representatives of ethnic Armenians in Baku and Garabagh over the past 24 hours.
