Communique adopted at the meeting of the Russia-Azerbaijan Expert Council

On February 28, 2023, with the participation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, the conference of the Russia-Azerbaijan Expert Council (RAEC) dedicated to the topic "Russia-Azerbaijan relations in the 21st century: strategic partnership in the context of regional security" format meeting was held, Azerbaijani MFA told APA.

The third meeting was organized by the Azerbaijan Center for the Analysis of International Relations (ICRI) and the Russian International Affairs Council (IRAC).

The members of the Council adopted a communique that reflects the Council's practical recommendations on various aspects of deepening relations between the two countries.
