“Dirty and fake propaganda campaigns against Organization of Turkic States member states continue today,” said Assistant to Azerbaijani President Hikmat Hajiyev at the 4th meeting of the Ministers of Media and Information and senior officials of the Organization of Turkic States in Istanbul, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.
According to him, Azerbaijan was subjected to such attacks since the first days of independence: “Especially we faced all elements of hybrid, a psychological war in 44 day Karabakh war.”
