Time of Egyptian President's visit to Azerbaijan to be determined in the near future

"Visit of His Excellency Mr. Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Azerbaijan is being expected," Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of Azerbaijan Hisham Mohamed Nagy Abdel Hamid told in an interview with APA.

The diplomat noted that the visit invitation is active: "President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has invited His Excellency Mr. Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt to visit Azerbaijan, but due to the pandemic, this visit did not take place and then that invitation was renewed. Currently, preparations are underway regarding the visit, and works are carried out, but there is no accurate information about what time the visit will take place".
