"Some countries continue their campaigns against Türkiye and Azerbaijan during Armenian-Azerbaijani post-conflict period as well," Head of the Communications Department of the Presidential Administration of Türkiye Fahrettin Altun said at a presentation of his book entitled "Türkiye as a stabilizing power in an age of disorder" which has been translated into Azerbaijani and published with the support of Center of Analysis of International Relations, APA reports.

AIR Chairman has noted that drastic changes have occurred in the foreign policy of Türkiye over the recent 20 years: "What is noted in the book regarding UN SC is remarkable for Azerbaijan especially. The Armenia-Azerbaijan issue will be discussed at the UN Security Council this evening. The meeting of SC was held in 1995 for the last time. It means SC has not dealt with the issue over these years. Although Azerbaijan appealed to the SC during these years, a standard response to us was that the OSCE dealt with the issue. Another interesting point is that the meeting is convened at France's initiative. We understand it too. Because the whole conflict occurred in the Azerbaijani territory for 30 years. Frace is concerned. It demonstrates its concern very obviously."
