"We have claims against Armenia in two courts- the International Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights," Chairman of the Center for the Analysis of International Relations Farid Shafiyev said at the press conference on finals of the year, APA reports.
He noted that the issue is human rights in both courts: "Other issues are not on the agenda. Therefore, the issue of compensation is a very complex issue. We will raise these issues individually at the national courts. For example, Switzerland has a company. Which is illegally operating in Karabakh and gains revenue. We are preparing a claim against them in the Swiss court".
