Fuat Oktay: “Normalization of relations with Armenia will be conducted in close coordination with Azerbaijan”

“Turkey is sincere in its wish to normalize relations not only in Turkish-Armenian relations but in the whole region,” said Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay, APA reports citing Anadolu Agency.

He said that Turkey resolutely supported the righteous and the Patriotic war, which Azerbaijan started using its right of self-defense. "The first meeting of the Regional Cooperation Platform in the 3 + 3 format, which we proposed together with Azerbaijan for the establishment of lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus, was held last week. Turkey is sincere in its wish to normalize relations not only in Turkish-Armenian relations but in the whole region. Of course, such a process will depend on the steps taken by Armenia and will be carried out in close coordination with Azerbaijan.”
