Chief Prosecutor of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev is on a visit to Georgia to participate in the 27th annual conference of the International Association of Prosecutors, APA's Georgian bureau reports.

Within the framework of the event, a meeting was held between the Prosecutor General of Georgia Irakli Shotadze and Kamran Aliyev.

At the meeting held at the Prosecutor General's Office of Georgia, Irakli Shotadze thanked Kamran Aliyev for effective legal cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the exchange of experience in the fight against crime between the two countries.

Also, a discussion was held in the direction of strengthening the joint effective fight against crime.

300 prosecutors and high-level representatives from 60 countries are participating in the international conference of prosecutors.
