"We are deeply concerned about the information about military operations on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border," said Matthias Lutenberg, the German Foreign Ministry's Special Representative for Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia, APA reports.
The foreign ministry representative called for the cessation of hostilities.
"We support the proposal of EU Council President Charles Michel on de-escalation," he added.
