The humanitarian aid delivered to Turkiye by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation is in the initial stage, Heydar Aliyev Foundation representative Elvin Aslanov told Azerbaijani journalists, APA reports.
He noted that the Regional Development Public Union of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, based on the instruction of the President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Mehriban Aliyeva, and also in response to the call of the Turkish Embassy in our country to our citizens, started the aid campaign in Baku.
"Thus, from February 8 to February 14, the necessary supplies required in the earthquake-affected regions of Turkiye will be collected, organized, and shipped to Turkiye as as soon as possible. Once again, as the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, we offer our condolences to the families and relatives of those who died in connection with the tragedy that occurred in the country, and we wish recovery to the injured," he stressed.
