Heydar Aliyev is a world-scale political figure: Speaker of Kyrgyz Parliament

“Heydar Aliyev done great works for his people, he founded its economic independence,” said the chairman of Kyrgyz Parliament Nurlanbek Shakiyev at the special meeting of the Milli Majlis dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, APA reports.

According to him, Heydar Aliyev had a great role in ensuring stability in Azerbaijan: “Heydar Aliyev is a world-scale political figure, he left a big mark in the Turkic world. Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aytmatov said that Heydar Aliyev is a historic, legendary personality. Heydar Aliyev is one of the founders of modern Azerbaijan’s history.”
