"Heydar Aliyev has achieved great achievements for his country, and these achievements are highly appreciated in Egypt," said Hanafi Gibali, Speaker of the House of Representatives of Egypt at the special meeting of Milli Majlis dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, APA reports.

Hanafi Gibali noted that the legacy of Heydar Aliyev will live forever: "Heydar Aliyev's legacy is decently continued by President Ilham Aliyev. The foundation of the successful economic development of Azerbaijan was laid by Heydar Aliyev. Egypt never spares its support to friendly countries. Recently, the President of Egypt visited Azerbaijan, this was the first visit to Azerbaijan at the level of the President".
