"Azerbaijan was subjected to Armenian aggression during its membership in the UN and the OSCE, but these international organizations did not call Armenia an aggressor," said Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, said this at the panel on "Review of the global security structure and prospects for peace" held within the IX Global Baku Forum on "Threats to the Global Order", APA reports.

Hikmet Hajiyev said that the UN Security Council adopted 4 resolutions: “The resolutions demanded that Armenia's withdrawal from the occupied Azerbaijani lands. However, these resolutions were not implemented. On the other hand, we faced double standards. The territorial integrity of the countries was unequivocally recognized in other conflicts in the post-Soviet space, however attitude towards Azerbaijan was based on double standards."
